Mounted on Axis Track, Axis 1.0 delivers smooth, programmable moves with repeatable accuracy along standard 24" linear/curved rail runs. Axis 1.0's Axis Drive units trace smooth, programmable circular and curved paths without laying any track at all, with Axis Lift and Axis Bridge gimbal control running in sync for full 6-axis moves. That makes it well suited to orbiting shots around large set pieces, sweeping arcs across a studio floor, or dynamic moves that would be impractical to lay rail for. Also compatible with curved rails via Axis Track, when a shot calls for it.

Axis Lift moves your camera from 25.6" to 53.1" (65–135 cm) with smooth, programmable elevation control - no manual cranking, no separate rig. Elevation runs simultaneously with Drive and gimbal motion, so vertical moves are programmed right into the same coordinated shot rather than handled as a separate step.
