No password needed. Enter the email address from your order and use the code sent to your inbox. If you are new, Shopify creates your account when you sign in.
Ordered without an account?
You can check your order without creating an account using the secure link in your order confirmation email.
- Open the order confirmation or shipping email from Trexo.
- Select “View your order” to open your order status page.
- If asked, verify your email address or phone number and order number. Shipment tracking appears once your order is shipped and a tracking number is added.
Cannot find your order email?
Check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, send us your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can help.
